Our stock of chutneys, relishes and jams are made from our own surplus of Summer garden produce. The fish is from Kilmore Quay, the lamb, pork and beef are all from Wexford. Our free range poultry is from Carlow. We use free range local eggs, Wexford produced yoghurt and Irish artisan cheeses.
